STEP3: Attach Engine and Fenders
1. Place the four sets of polyurethane blocks (# 63 ) and large flat washers Ø10 (# 12 ) on the
mounting plate. Position the engine (#60) over the blocks and washers then secure it to the
mount plate put the hex bolt M8x65 (#62) through the bottom of the plate (bolt should go through
blocks, washers and engine base). Place four sets of flat washers Ø8 (#29), lock washers
Ø8(#28) and tighten the nylon lock nuts M8 (#61).
2. Attach the clean oil pipe (#56) to the bottom of the gear pump and secure with clamp
(#57).
3. Attach the hydraulic hose (#38) and O ring Ø11x2.5 (#34) to the connector NPT1/2"-7/8" (#36).
4. Attach both fenders (#49 & #67) to the oil tank (#51) using hex bolt M10x30 (#50), rubber washer
(#41), Ø10 flat washer (#8) lock washer Ø10 (#13), and nylon hex lock nut M10 (#5).
