Troubleshooting
The
link
LED
is
not
lit
Check power supply, or change positions of transmitter and receiver.
Can’t
establish
link
when
adding
a
new
transmitter
Reduce the distance (at least more than 1 meter) between the transmitter and
receiver units and then reconnect adapter.
Can’t
establish
link
when
connecting
a
existing
transmitter
1.
Reduce the distance (at least more than 1 meter) between the transmitter and
receiver units and then reconnect adapter.
2.
If it is not workable after step 1, press REG button of remote controller facing
transmitter (
don’t
hold
REG
button
).
3.
If it is not workable after step 1 and step 2, delete the source and re-add it.
The
video
LED
is
not
lit
Check video source and HDMI cables.
The
screen
is
blank
Check displayer video input channel, HDMI cables.
The
IR
repeater
does
not
work
Check the internal IR port (external IR repeater) if it faces to video source IR port.
