PRODUCTION NOTES
1. PCBSA: Apply thermal grease evenly between the large inner and outter heatsinks.
2. PCBSA: Use three 8829 screws to align and attach the large heatsinks to the board.
3. PCBSA: When assembling heatsinks to Q20A, Q20B, Q21A, Q21B and Q37,
ensure heatsinks are straight and sitting flat against board. Add a very small
amount of RTV between heatsink and board if necessary. This prevents
the heatsink from shorting to other components.
4. PCBSA: Fill the open space around Q36B, Q7B, Q7A, Q36A with thermal grease
after wave soldering.
5. PCBSA: Bend Q36A against heatspreader AWAY from the adjacent mounting nut.
6. PCBSA: Inspect tabs after solder wave and retouch if necessary for a solid solder joint.
Advise PENG if soldering quality of the tabs is poor or not consistent.
