6. Attach the moving handlebars

1. Slide the pivot rod inside the tube on the front post as shown
2. Slide the left and right lower moving arms over this pivot rod
3. Secure in place using the bolts and washers as shown

7. Connect the upper and lower moving handlebars
1. Slide the lower moving handlebar up into the tube
of the upper moving handlebar
2. Choose a height adjustment hole and secure in
position with the pull plunger
3. Repeat for the other side, making sure to choose
the height adjustment hole in the same position
