Place the mains plug in the wall socket.

Place the warming cones horizontally in the base of
the reservoir.
3.
Using the measuring jug, carefully add the following
quantities of water:
I.
200ml for 1-3 warming cones
II.
400ml for 4 warming cones
Accurate water levels ensure successful recharging.

Secure the lid in place.
5.
Ensure your hands are dry, then switch the mains on.
The display panel will flash.

Press the function button 2 times to select the
Sterilising
setting. The light will flash. This indicates that the
Recharging function is on.

The default time is 0.2 (12 minutes). Manually adjust the
Timer by touching the arrow key until it reaches 0.5 (30
minutes).

The display will remain at 0.5 until the water
temperature has reached 99ºC. Then the 30 minute
countdown will begin.
9.
When in use, the unit will contain boiling water and so
steam will escape. Exercise caution as the lid will be
hot and steam can scald.
10.
Recharging will stop automatically once complete
and the unit will display an
‘OFF’
sign.
11.
Using the tongs, carefully remove the warming cones
from the reservoir and keep sterile.
12.
Allow the warming cones to cool down completely
prior to use. The warming cones need 75 minutes at
room temperature or 20 minutes in cold water.
If you press the button too soon, you could
permanently damage the warming cones.
13.
After recharging, the button on the warming cones will be
blue. Allow to cool and return to orange.
14.
Unplug the unit and follow the cleaning instructions.
