Ba eries:
Ba eries should be brand new, name brand “AA” alkaline type. Refer to “Warnings”

Symptom:
1. Device is offline
-The device may not be connected to the cloud/internet via the Hub. Verify the Hub is connected
to the internet. If the Hub is not connected to the internet (e.g. indicated as offline in the app,
and blue internet/WiFi LED is off) restore the internet connec on, if possible (for example, your
en re internet is down).
-If Power Fail Alarm is out of range with Hub, reloca ng the that device or Hub may be required
- For a device with low-ba ery indicators or alerts or if the condi on of the ba eries is in
ques on, replace the ba eries with two premium “AA” alkaline ba eries
