CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
NOTE: Before cleaning, turn off the device and disconnect it from the power source.
1. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the external surface of the device. Before using the
dehumidifier again, thoroughly dry the cleaned surface with a soft, dry cloth.
2. Use cold or lukewarm water to clean the water tank. Do not use detergents,
scrubbing brushes, or soaked cleaning cloths.
3. Do not use any abrasive chemicals or cleaning agents such as alcohol, gasoline, or
solvents, as they may damage the device.
4. Prevent water from entering the device's openings.
CLEANING AND REPLACING THE AIR FILTERS
TIP: The frequency of cleaning and replacing the filters depends on how long and under what
conditions they are used. However, remember that dirty filters restrict airflow and reduce the
device's efficiency. It is recommended to clean the filters one every two weeks and replace
the carbon filter regularly.
1. Turn off the device and unplug it.
2. Take out the water tank from the device.
3. Slide your hand behind the front panel of the device and grasp the removable grid.
4. Slide the grid backwards and then pull it gently downwards.
5. Remove the filters from the grid.
6. Clean the carbon filter from dust using a dry cloth; if the filter is very dirty, replace it.
The carbon filter should be replaced regularly once every 6 months.
