5.1
Routine Maintenance
Routine maintenance consists of the followings;
Daily cleaning of the analyzer, after every cycle of test, needles should be cleaned.
Check the working reagents.
Empty the waste tank.
Perform the internal cleaning procedure at the beginning and at the end of the test day using the
operating software.
Perform the sanitizing cycle when needed.
Execute Self-check cycle when requested by the analyzer.
Replenish
Common
Reagents
Cleaning solution and washing buffer should be replenished periodically to ensure normal operation.
These reagents have to be replenished when the instrument indicates that there is insufficient volume to
start an analysis cycle. The procedure to replenish the reagents as follows:
Disconnect the connecting tubing from the reagent tank(s).
Remove the reagent tank from its slot.
Replenish the ready-for-use cleaning solution or washing buffer into solution tanks.
Put back the solution tanks to its corresponding slots and tubing according to its color code.
As to Daily
Cleaning
Procedure, please check Appendix 6.5
