Operating Instructions:

The cassette should be pre-tensioned at the factory. If it is necessary to
increase/decrease tension, do so as follows:.

Remove the fixing screws from the left-hand end cap and carefully prise the
end cap out of the cassette until it is possible to rotate it.

Carefully rotate the end cap clockwise to increase the tension or anti-
clockwise to decrease the tension. Refit the end cap.

Cut the control chain to the required length and join it using the chain joiner
supplied.

To operate the unit, pull the screen down with the ball chain until the
bottom bar clicks into place under the two hold-down clips. To open the
screen, tip the bottom bar back to release it from the hold-down clips, and
allow the screen to retract under the spring tension. Use the ball chain to
fully retract the screen into the cassette.
NB. All chain operated screens are right hand control. It is not possible to fit the
chain to the left side of the cassette.

Ensure the relevant child safety device is used to comply with BS
EN13120:2009+A1:2014, BS EN16433:2014 and BS EN16434:2014.
