4. If the hose cannot be ret racted aft er usi ng for a cert ain tim e, ma ybe it is
the spring t hat is fati gued. So the st ress of spring shoul d be adjust ed b y
1-2 t urns: firs tl y, di scharge the l eft cover from reel , cl amp t he head of
spri ng, make it awa y from reel ; then swi vel anti -cl ockwi se the unit for
1-2 t urns, restore the spring head to t he reel; l astl y, repl ace the l eft
cover.
