MODULAR SEAT SYSTEM REMOVAL
Your YCF Mini-Motorbike comes with a standard modular seating arrangement allowing for easy
maintenance. The seating arrangement includes the driver’s seat, the fairing, the rear (number) plate and the
rear mudguard – all in one!
(A) Screws
(B) Front bolts
(C) Rear bolts
Removing the saddle
1. Remove both screws (A).
2. Remove front bolts (B).
3. Remove rear bolts (C) underneath the saddle.
4. Pull the saddle off the seat post.
Putting the new saddle on
1. Slide in the new saddle back towards the fuel tank. Clip the new seat to the frame by bolting it into
place using the screws and both the front and rear bolts.
2. Ensure a secure fixing is obtained.
Warning
Upon installing your new saddle, tighten all screws and bolts. Failure to install the seating arrangement
properly can lead to accidents, with subsequent serious injury or even death.
