1. Perform the 25-hour service.
2. Perform the 50-hour service.
3. Change the engine oil.
4. Check whether the hydraulic oil needs changing
(every 300 hours)
5. Check whether the engine oil filter needs changing
(every 200 hours)
6. Clean/replace the spark plugs.
7. Replace the fuel filter.
8. Clean the cooling fins on the engine and transmission.
9. Check V-belts.
10. Check, tighten caster wheel axle bolts (every 200 hours).
11. Clean and check the air filter’s paper cartridge.
12. Replace the man filter cartridge.
(every 200 hours)
13. Clean fins of oil cooler (Kohler)
