Causes
Possible Solutions
The keypad is not in Bluetooth
Mode.
•
Wait for 60 seconds minimum and do not
push a key on the keypad until the keypad
switches from Normal Operation Mode to
Bluetooth Mode
•
Set
A1-12 ≠ 0000 [Stall Prevention during
Decel ≠ Disabled]
to enable stall
prevention.
•
Remove and connect the keypad again.
The Bluetooth radio/protocol
version is not compatible with the
keypad.
Make sure that the smartphone or tablet
supports Bluetooth 4.0 or 4.1.
Radio waves from a different
device are causing interference
with communications between the
smartphone or tablet and keypad.
Make sure that no device around the keypad
uses the same radio bandwidth (2400 MHz to
2480 MHz), and prevent radio interference.
There is damage to the keypad
circuit board.
Replace the keypad.
Note:
The keypad will show [Bluetooth
Initializing...], and will not continue to
the [Now connecting...] screen.The
keypad will let the show an alarm.
