1. ASSEMBLING THE WHEELS
• Remove the wheel nut and washer from
the axle.
• Install the wheels with the valve stem
facing outward.
• Insert the washer and the wheel nut.
• Tighten the wheel nut.
• Repeat the same procedures for the
other wheel.
2. ASSEMBLING THE RUBBER FEET
• Remove the nuts on the rubber feet.
• Insert the rubber foot through the hole underneath the front leg.
• Attach the nut and tighten the rubber foot in place.
• Repeat the same procedures for the other foot.
