Step 1. 

 

Use care when working with the X-ACTO knife!

 

 

 

   Use the X-ACTO knife to remove the milling tabs on all 
the foam parts.

 

 

Step 2. 

 

   Test fit the left and right wing deck together. Make sure 
that the surface being used to work on is completely flat.  
 

Step 3. 

 

Make sure that all joints are clean before gluing.

 

 

 

     Glue the two wing deck pieces together. Care should 
be taken to make sure the two pieces are completely flat 
when glued together

. Use two large books to hold the 

pieces together and flat against the table. Be careful not 
to glue the assembly to the table

Don’t remove books 

until glue is set.

 

 
 

 

Step 4.  

 

  Glue the flat side of the 24 inch carbon fiber wing spar to the aft wing 
deck.  
 

Step 5. 

 

   Test fit and glue the 12 inch long carbon fiber rod into the channel at 
the bottom of the aft wing deck. This side of the aft wing assembly 
should be face up until after step 19. 
 

Step 6.  

 

      

Test fit.                                      

 

Step 7.

  

 

   Apply glue from the right wing tip to this point shown in the above 
picture. Repeat for the left side.
