QUICK LOCK: The Quick lock is a unique feature to Yardbeast that allows you to
quickly inspect the chipper rotor and components. Always make sure this is
properly locked before operating the chipper.
Engine Controls
CHOKE LEVER: The engine is equipped with simplified operation controls. When
the engine is cold make sure to move the choke lever to the choke position (pos
O ). As the engine starts cranking, move the lever slowly to the open position (
pos. I )
FUEL/ ON-OFF LEVER: This lever controls the fuel pass from the tank to the
carburetor and turns off the engine on the same movement. To start the engine
just move the lever to the I position. To turn off the engine move the lever back to
the O position.
