Safety Precautions
The glockenspiel is used by variety of people ranging from children to professionals
in both the classroom and at home.
In order to use the glockenspiel in a safe manner, we urge you to obey the following cautions.
A parent or responsible adult should provide children in particular with instruction on handling the stand prior to use.
Please follow the precautions below in order to prevent injury.

This icon indicates cautions
(includes dangers and warnings).
Do not place the instrument standing upright or up-
side down in the case with the lid open.
The tone bars may fall off resulting in injury.
Do not use the mallets for any purpose other than
playing the instrument.
Doing so can result in injury or accident. Do not al-
low children to hit others, etc., or any other danger-
ous behavior.
Warning!
Disregard of the following warnings and im-
proper use of the product may result in death
or serious injury.
Before using the glockenspiel, please carefully read
the following instructions and the Owner’s Manual.
Warnings About Placement
Do not place the instrument on an unstable surface
such as a wobbly riser or on an incline, etc.
Doing so can cause the instrument to overturn re-
sulting in serious injury.
Caution When Handling
Never lean against or climb onto the instrument.
Doing so can cause the instrument to overturn re-
sulting in serious injury.
Do not play in the vicinity of the instrument.
Bumping up against the instrument can cause injury.
It can cause the instrument to overturn. Also, do not
allow children to play around the instrument.
Cautions When Transporting
When transporting the glockenspiel in the supplied
case,
1. Lock both locks securely.
2. Carry the case by its carrying handle.
* The instrument may fall out of the case if the case is
not properly locked.
