Cannot control the effects applied to MIDI music from the EffectGearll control panel.
• This is normal operation. Control of effects for MIDI instruments is beyond the scope of EffectGearll
and requires other software applcations available seperately.
External audio input to SW60XG cannot be captured to computer as digital audio.
• This is normal operation. The purpose of the microphone and line inputs is to allow the addition of dig-
ital effects to these audio signals. No other functions are supported.
Distortion is heard on the soundcard audio that is connected to SW60XG LINE input.
• Many cards have both a speaker level and a line level output. The speaker level output may overdrive
the input to the SW60XG. Use the LINE output.
Game or application does not support MIDI port addresses 300, 310, 320, or 330.
• The MIDI port addresses supported by the SW60XG are those most commonly used by game and
music applications. Occassionaliy, an application requiring another MIDI port address may be encoun-
tered. No "workaround" is available.
