CHECKING THE FUEL LINE

The following procedure applies to all of the fuel,
air vent and breather hoses.
1. Remove:

• Rider seat (for XVS13AA(C)/XVS13CTA(C))
• Seat (for XVS13CA(C))

Refer to “GENERAL CHASSIS” on page 4-1.

• Fuel tank

Refer to “FUEL TANK” on page 7-1.

2. Check:

• Fuel hose “1”
• Air vent hose “2”
• Fuel cock hose “3”
• Fuel tank breather hose “4”
• Fuel tank overflow hose “5” (for

XVS13AA(C)/XVS13CTA(C))
Cracks/damage

Replace.

Loose connection

→

Connect properly.
