Replacing a headlight bulb

1. Lift up the shroud. 
2. Disconnect the headlight coupler. 
3. Remove the bulb holder cover. 
4. Unhook the bulb holder by pushing it in, then upward.

5. Remove the bulb.

WARNING

@ 

Keep flammable products and your hands away from
the hot bulb until it has cooled down. 

@

6. Install the new bulb, and then hook the bulb holder

onto the headlight unit.

7. Install the bulb holder cover, and then connect the

headlight coupler.

CAUTION:

@ 

Keep oil and your hands away from the glass part of
the bulb or its life and illumination will be affected. 
If the glass is oil stained, thoroughly clean it with a
cloth moistened with alcohol or lacquer thinner.

1. Lift up the shroud.
2. Insert a Phillips screwdriver into the hole under the

shroud to access the headlight beam adjuster

3. Turn the headlight beam adjuster to adjust the head-

light beam.
