Problems with the audio
No sound

A different input is selected.
Use the input source selection key to select the correct input. For more details, refer to the following.

The product is receiving an input signal that it cannot play.
This product cannot play some digital audio formats. Make sure the signal is in a format that this product
can play. See the following for information on supported file formats and decoding formats.

A cable connecting this product and an audio device is damaged.
If you check the connections and they seem fine, replace the cable with a different one.

The output speakers are not set correctly.
Press the SPEAKERS A key and/or SPEAKERS B key corresponding to the jacks to which the speakers are
connected to turn their output ON. For more details, refer to the following.

If using an external amp, check its connections and power.

The audio is muted.
Press the MUTE key to cancel muting.

Headphones are plugged into the PHONES jack.
Unplug the headphones.

This product was put into Standby by the Auto Power Standby function.
Set “Auto Power Stdby” to “Off” from the Setup menu. For more details, refer to the following.

Volume cannot be increased

The maximum volume is set too low.
Adjust the maximum with “Max Volume” on the Setup menu. For more details, refer to the following.

The power of the external device connected to the output jacks of this product is OFF.
Turn all corresponding devices ON.

The volume interlocks between each device and this product have not been configured for
Bluetooth/AirPlay playback from a Bluetooth device or AirPlay device.
Configure the volume interlocks of each device via “Volume Interlock” on the Option menu. For more
details, refer to the following.

LOUDNESS is set too low.
First, lower the volume with VOLUME, then return LOUDNESS to the FLAT position and readjust the
volume.
