The Option menu allows you to configure various settings for each input source and recall those settings automatically
when an input source is selected. Also, you can view the signal information for certain input sources.
The procedure for setting the Option menu items is described below.

Rotate the INPUT selector on the front panel
(or press one of the input selector buttons on
the remote control) to select the desired
input source.

Press OPTION on the remote control.
If the input source is changed while the Option menu is displayed,
the front panel display exits the Option menu and the display for
the selected input source is displayed.

the desired menu item, and then press
ENTER.

change the settings.

For certain menu items, you must press ENTER to save the new
setting.

To exit the Option menu, press OPTION on
the remote control.
To return to the previous menu, press RETURN on
the remote control.

on the remote control or other buttons do not
work after closing the Option menu, rotate the INPUT selector on
the front panel (or press one of the input selector buttons on the
remote control) to select the current input source again.
The following menu items are provided for each input
source.

“Zone2 Volume” and “Trigger Out” are available on the R-S700
only.

“Interlock” is displayed in the Option menu only when using a
Wireless System for iPod.
