MONISUB 2/13 〜 13/13 シート

MONISUB 1/13 シートを外します。

パネル面から、MONISUB 2/13 〜 13/13 の各シー
トのボリュームノブと六角ナット([120])を1個ずつ
外し、MONI1 1/3 シート上より MONISUB 2/13 〜
13/13 の各シートを外します。

各シートからプッシュボタンを抜き取ります。

MONI1 1/3, 2/3, 3/3シート
(所要時間: 約5分)

MDボトムステイMON Assyを外します。

4-2.
[470G]のネジ 2 本、
[480I]のネジ 2 本、
[500C]のネジ
2 本、
[510B]のネジ 2 本を外して、MD ボトムステイ
MON Ass y から MONI1 2/3、MONI1 3/3 シート
を外します。

[130]のネジ 3 本、
[330E]のネジ 1 本、
[360C]のネジ 2
本を外して、MONI1 1/3 シートを外します。

MONI1 1/3 シートからプッシュボタンを抜き取り
ます。

[470H]のネジ 1 本、
[480J]のネジ 1 本、
[500D]のネジ
1 本、
[510C]のネジ 1 本を外して、MD ボトムステイ
MON Ass y から MONI2 3/3 シートを外します。

パネル面から[580C]のボリュームノブ 4 個と[600]
のボリュームノブ 2 個を抜き取り、[290D]の六角
ナット 5 個と[300I]の六角ナット 1 個を外します。

[410C]
のネジ 1 本を外して、MONI2 1/3 シートを外しま
す。

MONI2 1/3 シートからプッシュボタンを抜き取り

MONI2 2/3 シート

[380I]のネジ2本と[520D]のネジ2本を外して、MD
センターステイ MAS を外します。

[410D]のネジ3 本、
[520C]のネジ
2 本、
[530D]のネジ1本を外して、MDフロントステ
イ MON を外します。

MONISUB 2/13 to 13/13 Circuit Boards
(Time required: About 1 minute each)
3-1.
Remove the MONISUB 1/13 circuit board. (See
procedure 2.)
3-2.
Remove the volume knob, the hexagon nut marked
[120] for each of the MONISUB 2/13 to 13/13 circuit
boards from the panel surface. Then, remove the
MONISUB 2/13 to 13/13 circuit boards from the
MONI1 1/3 circuit board. (Fig.11, 12) Pull out the
push buttons from each of the circuit boards.

MONI1 1/3, 2/3, and 3/3 Circuit Boards
(Time required: About 5 minutes)
4-1.
Remove the MD bottom stay MON assembly.
(See procedure 1.)
4-2.
Remove the two (2) screws marked [470G], the two
(2) screws marked [480I], the two (2) screws marked
[500C] and the two (2) screws marked [510B]. Then,
remove the MONI1 2/3 and 3/3 circuit boards from
the MD bottom stay MON assembly. (Fig.11)
4-3.
Remove the three (3) screws marked [130], the
screw marked [330E] and the two (2) screws marked
[360C]. Then, remove the MONI1 1/3 circuit board.

Pull out the push buttons from the MONI1 1/3 circuit
board.
5.
MONI2 1/3 and 3/3 Circuit Boards
(Time required: About 5 minutes)
5-1.
Remove the MD bottom stay MON assembly.
(See procedure 1.)
5-2.
Remove the screw marked [470H], the screw marked
[480J], the screw marked [500D] and the screw
marked [510C]. Then, remove the MONI2 3/3 circuit
board from the MD bottom stay MON assembly.

5-3.
Pull out the four (4) volume knobs marked [580C]
and the two (2) volume knobs marked [600] from
the panel surface. Remove the five (5) hexagon nuts
marked [290D] and the hexagon nut marked [300I].
(Fig.12) Remove the screw marked [310C], the
screw marked [330F] and the screw marked [410C].
Then, remove the MONI2 1/3 circuit board. (Fig.11)
5-4.
Pull out the push buttons from the MONI2 1/3 circuit
board.
6.
MONI2 2/3 Circuit Board
(Time required: About 4 minutes)
6-1.
Remove the two (2) screws marked [380I] and the
two (2) screws marked [520D]. Remove the MD
center stay MAS. (Fig.11)
6-2.
Remove the screw marked [410C], the three (3)
screws marked [410D], the two (2) screws marked
[520C] and the screw marked [530D]. Remove the
MD front stay MON. (Fig.11)
