Input Channel Block

Mono input jacks
•
[MIC/LINE]:
Accepts both XLR connectors and phone
connectors. Connect the microphones and or
instruments you intend to use.

Mono/stereo input jacks
•
[MIC]:
Balanced XLR microphone input jacks
(1: ground, 2: hot, 3: cold)

[LINE (L/MONO, R)]:
Unbalanced phone type line ste-
reo input jacks (Unbalanced phone-type and
RCA stereo input jacks on the MG20XU/MG20)
NOTE
On any given channel, you may use either a phone jack or
RCA jack, but not both.

Stereo input jacks
•
LINE [L, R]:
These are stereo input jacks (unbalanced
input) for connecting line-level instruments, such
as electric keyboards and audio equipment. Two
jack types are provided: phone type and RCA pin
type.
NOTE
On any given channel, you may use either a phone jack or
RCA jack, but not both. If both types of jack are used, only the
phone jack will function.
