Reassembly:
1. Check the float valve, float seat and float
spring for wear.
2. Clean with compressed air before reas-
sembling.
3. Clean with compressed air before reas-
sembling.
4. Inspection
Float level height
Place the carburetor in the position as
shown and measure the distance
between the float top and carburetor body
when the float just contacts the seat with-
out compressing the valve spring.
Specified float height:
13.7 mm
If the height is out of specification,
replace the float valve and recheck the
float height.
