Check recognition of the CRW-F1DX drive.

After connecting the CRW-F1DX drive to the computer, follow the steps 
below to check that the drive is recognized by the computer properly.

For Mac OS 9.1 and 9.2

Select the Apple menu in the menu bar, then Apple System Profiler and 

Device and Volume tab.

Check that “fw609e” and “sbp609e” (or “CRW-F1E” in some versions) 

are shown in the “FireWire” column.
