When installing the brake hose onto the

, make sure that the brake
pipe contacts the projection

WARNING

Proper hose routing is essential to ensure
safe machine operation. Refer to “CABLE
ROUTING”.
●
Always use new copper washers.
4.Remove:
●
Brake caliper
5.Install:
●
Pad spring
●
Brake pads
(with pad shim)
●
Retaining bolts
●
Front brake caliper
Refer to “REPLACING THE BRAKE PADS”.
●
Front wheel
Refer to “FRONT WHEEL AND FRONT
BAKE” in CHAPTER 6.
