5.1 Removal

Remove the 16 (24 on the NDP-H80) retainer bolts from the
out chamber, and remove the out chamber. [Fig.5.1]
▪
Remove the nut on one side of the center rod. Then, remove
the coned disk spring, center disk, diaphragm and center
bushing on the same side. [Fig.5.2]
▪
Pull out the other center disk, diaphragm and center bushing
together with the center rod from the main body.
▪
Remove the other nut using the double-nut method. Then,
remove the coned disk spring, center disk, diaphragm
and
center bushing. [Fig.5.3]

Be careful not to damage the center
rod and center bushing.
