GXP2170 can host up to 5-way conference call with other parties (PCMU/PCMA).
•
Initiate a conference call .

Call the first attendee;

Select New Call soft key;

Call the second attendee;

Use the up and down arrows to select the first call;

Press CONF key;

Repeat the previous steps for all the other parties on hold to join the conference.
Note:
•
The party that starts the conference call must remain in the conference for its entire
duration, you can put the party on mute, but it must remain in the conversation. Also,
this is not applicable when the feature "Transfer on Conference Hang-up" is turned on.
CALL FORWARDING
Use this to forward or cancel forwarding your calls to another phone number.
• Start Call Forwarding

Press Features soft key

Select Account 1

Select Forward All

Enter the phone number to forward to

Cancel Call Forwarding

Press Features soft key

Select Account 1

Select Cancel Call Forward All
