
POINTS TO
TAKE
INTO CONSIDERATION FOR
THE
GUARANTEE
Below stated particularities
are exempted from the scope of the Guarantee:
•
Malfunctions
to be
occurred because of not using the product as stated
in
the
"Operating
Manual".
•
Alterations,
repairs
and maintenances done on the product other than authorized service.
•
Malfunctions
to be
caused because of using the product other than
in
normal intended usage.
•
Scorings, crushes, cracks
and breaks to be caused by transportation, storagings and miss-use.
•
Scorings,
crushes and cracks to be caused in the result of physical impact.
•
Destroying Guarantee Certificate, removing Serial
Number from the product
or destroying it.
•
Deformations
such as cracks and breaks because of spilling the water
on hot casting and glass parts.
•
Boiler swellings because of the freezing of the water taking place in the boiler.
•
Problems caused by operating without water.
•
Calcifications
caused by the water having lime in
it.
REMARKS:
•
Determination
and elimination way and procedure of the malfunctions taking place in the scope of the Guarantee
belongs to
the manufacturer.
•
In order to have the validness of the Guarantee, it is
required that the seller must fill the relevant part on the
Guarantee Certificate and this should also include the Date.
•
Usage of Open Expansion Tank
is compulsory.
GUARANTEE TERMS
1- Guarantee duration is 2
(Two) Years and starts from the delivery of the product.
2-
All parts of the product are
in
the scope of
our Company's Guarantee.
3- In
the event of encountering the malfunction of the product
within guarantee period, the time passing during
the
repair
is
added
to
guarantee
period.
Repair
period
of
the
product
is
maximum
30
business
days.
This
time
period
starts
when
the
product's
malfunction
is
notified
to
service
station
or
to
either
one
of
the
seller,
dealer,
representative,
importer
or
manufacturer-producer
of
the
product
when
there
is
no
service
station.
If
the
malfunction
of
the
product
can
not
be
eliminated
within
30
(Thirty)
days,
then
the
manufacturer-producer
or
importer
has
the
compulsion
to
allocate
another
product
to
the
consumer
by
having
similar
characteristics
until
the
repair
of
the
products
gets
completed.
4-
If
the
product
malfunctions
within
the
guarantee
period,
then
its
repair
will be
done
without
demanding
any
fee.
6-
Consumer
has
the
right
to
demand
replacement
of
the
product
on
free
of
charge
basis,
refunding
of
the
consideration
or refunding of the consideration by being equal to the loss when below stated occur despite
of having
the
consumer use his/her repair right;
—
having the
repetition of the same malfunction more than two times within one year starting from the time
when the
product is delivered to the consumer and with the condition of remaining within the determined
guarantee
period
or encountering the malfunction more than four times or having different malfunctions more
than six times within the determined guarantee period and to have these malfunctions
cause the consumer
not
being able
to
make use of the product continuously.

When the maximum period
of time required for the repair is exceeded.
—
When
our
Company
does
not
have
service
stations,
in
the
event
of
determining
that
malfunction
can
not
be
repaired
with
report
arranged
by
either
one
of
the
seller,
dealer,
representative,
importer
or
manufacturer-
producer
of
the
product.
7-
Malfunctions
generated
by
using
the
product
on
the
contrary
of
the
particularities
taking
place
in
the
Operating
Manual of the product
are exempted from the scope of the guarantee.
8-
Ministry
of
Industry
And
Trade
General
Directorate
of
Protecting
the
Consumer
and
Competition
can
be
applied
for the issues which may arise in relation with the Guarantee Certificate.
5- Ceramic glass is outside the scope of warranty.
