Transmitting messages and images
You can transmit data such as messages (text data) and images saved on the FTM-
400DR/DE or microSD card inserted into the transceiver, to a local node, or a node or
room on the Internet. You can also transmit a new message.
Tips
• For details on microSD cards, refer to “Setting Up the micro-SD Card” in the basic operating manual.
• You can also transmit photos taken with the camera that is built into the optical speaker microphone
“MH-85A11U”. For details on how to take photos, refer to “Taking Pictures with the Optical Camera”
in the basic operating manual.
