Troubleshooting
To keep the product hygienic, please be sure to clean it after each use.

Ensure the power is off and unplug the AC
adapter from the device.

To clean the electrode head and cotton stopper,
wipe it with a damp and well-wrung cloth to
remove dirt. Wash the cotton stopper with water.
・ Remove the cotton stopper from the main unit, wash it with
water, then wipe it dry.
・ Do not use an alkali cleaning agent, alcohol, thinner, benzene, nail
polish remover, or other such substances.
・ Do not leave the device with lotion or gel on it.

Wipe off any dirt from areas other than the
electrode head and cotton stopper with a dry cloth.
●How to Clean and Store the Product

Storing
●If you will not use the device for a longd period, clean the device
before storing.
●When the device is not in use, turn off the device and disconnect the
AC adapter from the main unit and the wall outlet.
●Avoid storing the device near a stove or heater, in a bathroom or other
high-temperature/high-humidity location, in a location where there is
exposure to direct sunlight, or an unstable location.
●Keep the device out of the reach of children.
Maintenance and Inspections
●If you have not used the device for an extended period, inspect it
carefully and check that the device works properly and safely before
use.
●If the device is malfunctioning, go to ʻChecklist for Possible Problemsʼ
(pages 18-19) and attempt to identify the problem before arranging
to have the device repaired.
●If the device malfunctions, appears damaged, or needs servicing,
please contact your local distributor.
