Troubleshooting
If you perceive any abnormality while using the device, verify the following points before arranging to have the device repaired.
Problem
Possible causes and solutions
The device will automatically switch OFF approx. 10 minutes after it has been turned ON.
The battery is low. Charge the battery (p. 12).
The battery has expired.
The device has run out of power. Charge the battery (p. 12).
Press the POWER ON button down for 1 second or longer.
Check to make sure that the magnetic charging terminal is connected in the correct direction.
Connect the AC adapter to a wall outlet (p. 12).
Your skin is dry. Moisturize your skin by applying the serum.
Does not turn on

Lower the EMS level using the LEVEL DOWN button (p. 22).
Raise the EMS level using the LEVEL UP button (p. 22).
The electrodes are not placed on the skin correctly.
Attach the main unit to your neck correctly by adjusting the strap (p. 18).
Your skin is dry. Moisturize your skin by applying the serum.
