Scope of delivery

3.2

Power supply

The Lab 955 is supplied with power in the following ways:

• Mains operation with the supplied power pack.
• Battery operation (4 x alkaline manganese batteries, type AA)

3.3

Initial commissioning

Perform the following activities:

• Insert the supplied batteries
• Connect the power pack (mains operation)
• Mount the stand
• Switch on the meter

3.3.1

Inserting the batteries

You can operate the meter either with normal batteries or with 
rechargeable batteries (Ni-MH). 
In order to charge the batteries, an external charging device is 
required.
