ODO Cap Replacement
When replacing an ODO cap, new coefficients are required. These values will be included with the cap replacement. The
coefficients are written in an entire block of values (non-divisible) using a rite multiple registers command (function code 0x10).
ODO Cap Replacement Time (s) is tracked by the user, and is suggested to hold an epoch timestamp for the operation.
