Product Description
Jet aerator design
Usage
A submersible, self-aspirating jet aerator that is intended for aerating and mixing of
wastewater. The jet aerator is based on a submersible Flygt pump and a Flygt designed
ejector system.
Pump pressure class
LT – Low head
MT – Medium head
Application limits

Installation alternatives
P-installation
Semi permanent, wet well arrangement with pump installed on two guide bars with
automatic connection to discharge.
The pump is installed on a discharge connection that is fixed to the base of the tank,
with the ejector system mounted on it. This installation is recommended for large jet
aerators, where moving the pump is more practical than moving the ejector system.
S-installation
Portable semi permanent, wet well arrangement with hose coupling or flange for
connection to discharge pipeline.
The jet aerator is placed on the bottom of the tank. The jet aerator can be installed
without emptying the tank.
For submergence (H) and height (Z), see the dimensional drawings. For a list of parts, see
chapter
(page 42).
H
min. 700 mm
Z
WS007815A
• H = The depth from the liquid surface in the tank to the bottom the tank.
• Z = The distance from the bottom of the tank to the floor above the tank
