Care and Maintenance
•
Store your Xwheel and the charger away from hot surfaces, eg. , under the sun for a long time, or in your car
trunk in high temperature, etc.
•
Do not leave your Xwheel in humid area or rain.
•
Do not attempt to open your Xwheel housing without authorization otherwise your warranty will automatically
expire.
•
The operation temperature is -10-45 °C (suggested 10-36 °C)
•
To clean your Xwheel, use a damp cloth or a mild detergent.
•
The Xwheel self-balancing gyro-sensor may be out of accuracy after repeated uncontrolled operation etc. In this
case, you will need to reset your Xwheel to make a self calibration. To reset, please use a non-metalic tool to press
the reset button under the Xwheel handle (pls. refer to Xwheel Structure illustration), while doing so, please press
the “Power” button to start up the Xwheel. The Xwheel will spin one round to the front, and one round to the
back for its self-calibration. Then the reset is done.
•
Fully charge your Xwheel at least every 30 days to keep it from draining completely. Otherwise the battery life
span will be shortened faster.
•
if you have a flat tire situation, you can have it repaired similar like your bicycle.
•
The battery can not be removed. Should you need a new battery, please contact us or our authorized distributors.
•

** Please note that tire replacement of the Xwheel is completely restricted to people who have sufficient knowl-
edge, experience and training in this field. Any improper handling could cause damage of the Xwheel, which
will void the Xwheel warranty automatically. **
