During perfusion the measured values will appear on the display.
During perfusion, the pressure and temperature set point can be changed by using the up-
and down buttons (PV unit for temperature).
To change the pressure, press the up- and down buttons on the PV pump unit until the
preferred value appears on the display and confirm by pushing the OK-button.
Now the temperature can be changed as well, use the up- and down buttons to set the
preferred value and confirm by pushing the OK-button, the set pressure and temperature will
now be used.
Below 12 °C, the system continuously cools, instead regulating to a certain temperature
setting, to allow for colder perfusion temperature.

After the perfusion procedure is started, please check all connections and
check if the present flow and pressures are as intended. Make sure that the
device works as intended and does not resonate, produces extreme noise or
shows other shortcomings.
When an error or malfunction appears, please review the troubleshooting
section in chapter 6 of this manual. If the troubleshooting section does not
solve your problem, please call qualified service personnel or contact XVIVO.
If perfusion is unrecoverable, continue preservation using static cold storage.
