This function is used to set privacy positions on pre-sets,
the set privacy area is defined by height and width,
once set the area will show as blank on the video

IR Mode: Set the IR Mode from Auto or manual.
SYN IR CUT: Turn this function on or off
Wide Bright: Ajudt the wide brightness of the IR’s (0-15)
Enter Tele Bright: Set the tele brightness
Exit: End and return to the previous menu.
Save: Save the settings and exit the submenu
