•
Remove all lower aluminium bolts.
•
Revoe the rear canopy mount
Fuselage mounting
•
To fix the fuselage to the table use two clamps and clamp the fuselage between them.
•
Insert the mechanics with the tail boom first into the rear part of the fuselage. An EPP-block is
laminated into the rear part. This block has a gap for the tail boom and a gap for the control rod. If
the tail boom gets seized in the fuselage please move the mechanics with slightly pressure to the
back up and down respectively back and forth.
•
Insert the mechanics as far as the holes of mechanics matches the holes of the fuselage. To fix
this position you can insert the long thread rod in the upper front mounting whole
•
Next please check the holes in the rear. Through to the setting of the back lash of the front bevel
gears and fabrication tolerances in the length of the tail boom the exact bore position could not be
defined there is a long hole at the rear. If this still does not fit it has to be extended. In this case the
angular milled slots below and above have to be extended as well.
•
Carry out fitting in the upper front with long thread rod, self-locking nuts and flat washers
•
Carry out fitting in the lower front with M3x10 screws and flat washers. To secure them from inside
you can use either self-locking nuts or an aluminium bolt from the mechanics (you can use an
aluminium bolt from a middle position that is not essential)
