Do not modify the plug provided. If it will not fit the outlet, have the proper outlet
installed by a qualified electrician.
If power cord is worn or cut, or damaged in any way, have it replaced immediately by a
qualified electrician.
If the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if you are in doubt as to
whether the tool is properly grounded, check with a qualified electrician or service
personnel.
WARNING: Do not permit fingers to touch the terminals of plug when
installing or removing the plug from the outlet.
If not properly grounded, this air mover can cause an electric shock,
particularly when used in damp locations.
Improper connection of the equipment grounding conductor can result in a risk of
electric shock. The conductor with insulation having an outlet surface that is green with
or without yellow stripes is the equipment grounding conductor. If repair or replacement
of the electric cord or plug is necessary, do not connect the equipment-grounding
conductor to a live terminal.
Introduction
Air Movers are designed to move large volumes of air. They are used to dry wet carpets,
floors and furniture. They may also be used for ventilation.
Unpacking and Checking Carton Contents
Carefully unpack and inspect your air mover.
Your Air Mover comes packaged with the retractable handle in an unlocked position.
To Lock the Retractable Handle:
Place the Air Mover in an upright position,
on a clean, flat surface. Pull the retractable
handle up until it is fully extended. Gently
pull up on the extended handle until you
hear an audible sound of the locking
buttons, located at the bottom of the
handle, snapping into place. Check to
make sure that both buttons are securely
locked into place for safety. You may now
safely move your Air Mover using the
retractable handle.
