XV1013 VACUUM MACHINE TROUBLESHOOTING
ISSUE
SUGGESTED FIX
No power to
machine
Check power cable at the back of machine. Make sure it is plugged in securely to both the
machine and to the wall outlet.
Item is not
vacuumed tightly
Different products may require more or less vacuum time to achieve the perfect level of vacuum.
If MORE vacuum is required INCREASE the VACUUM TIME by 10-15 and retry.
Item is vacuumed
too tightly
Different products may require more or less vacuum time to achieve the perfect level of vacuum.
If MORE vacuum is required DECREASE the VACUUM TIME by 10-15 and retry.
Pouches are not
sealed
First try INCREASING the SEALING TIME. If that doesn’t fix the problem, check the sealing wire. If
it is damaged replace with included extra sealing wire.
Seal is melting
through pouch
First INSPECT the SEALING BAR. If the sealing bar shows wear or damaged, replace with included
extra teflon tape strips. If that doesn’t fix the problem, DECREASE the SEALING TIME.
QUICK-START VACUUM MACHINE OPERATION
STEP 1:
Check vacuum oil level
STEP 6:
Put product inside pouch & place inside chamber
with the open end covering seal bar.
STEP 7:
Secure pouch with the product hold down bar.
Press lid down firmly and push start button.
STEP 8:
Once the cycle is complete you may remove
the sealed package from the vacuum chamber.
STEP 2:
Plug machine into outlet and turn red power
switch on back of machine to “on” position.
STEP 3:
Push set button once to set VACUUM time.
Use arrows to adjust the time.
(default 30)
STEP 4:
Push set button twice to set SEALING time.
Use arrows to adjust the time.
(default 1.5)
STEP 4:
Push set button 3x to set COOLING time.
Use arrows to adjust the time.
(default 4)
