Warranty
The Product Warranty applies only when Product is maintained in accordance with
Xtool instructions, and the Product is properly installed. This warranty is only to the
original purchaser of the Product(s) from Xtooltech, or authorized dealer, is not
transferable and is further subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Except where prohibited by law, Xtooltech will not be liable for any indirect, special,
incidental or consequential damages, regardless of the legal theory asserted.
This Product Warranty does not cover
：
➢ Product with abnormal use, mishandling, exposed to extreme environmental
conditions, accident,
➢ Product warranty label, or serial number has been removed, altered or defaced;
➢ Product with unauthorized alteration, improper installation or repair;
➢ Damage caused by connecting or using any other third party accessory or other
product without approving of Xtooltech;
➢
Damage caused by external factors, such as fire, dirt, sand, water, snow, or
unstable power source.
