2. INTENDED USE
The pressure grease gun is used for pumping and extruding lubricants for high-pressure
lubrication of mechanical elements, such as shafts, bearings, pins, joints, etc. The product can
be used for extruding loose material as well as cartridges.
To ensure safe and reliable work with the product, it is necessary to follow all safety and other
instructions given in this instruction manual. Use of the product for any purposes other than
those specified is not permitted and neither the manufacturer nor the distributor assumes any
responsibility for such improper use. Use of the product that is contrary to the intended use
and the instructions in this manual may be the reason for rejection of the claim. Use of the
product contrary to these instructions, unauthorized intervention in the structure, modification
of the product beyond the specified scope or replacement of non-original parts are contrary to
the intended use. The user is fully responsible for damage or injury caused by improper use
and maintenance.
3. ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION
A) Filling with a cartridge
1) First, unscrew the discharge head of the lubricator from the empty reservoir.
2) Fully pull out the reservoir handle. At the end of the drawn rod there is a ring in which
the rod is reduced. At the narrowing point, slide the rod into the reduced part of the
opening in the lid.
3) Remove the protective film from the new cartridge. If the inner edge of the cartridge is
deformed, straighten it.
4) Insert the open cartridge end into the reservoir. Push the cartridge inwards. Finally,
remove the cap from the cartridge.
