testing

for

to

weight
together
with
other
health
indicators.
Ideal
body
fat
proportion
is
between
20-25;
if
the
body
fat
proportion
is
lower
than
19,
it
means
the
person
is
underweight;
if
it
is
between
25
and
29,
it
means
the
person
is
overweight;
and
if
it
is
higher
than
30,it
means
the
person
is
obese.
