1. Pull out the

Lock Pin (No. 11)

from the

Front Support Tube (No. 01)

and

adjust the

Front Support Tube (No. 01)

to the open position then re-insert the

Lock Pin (No. 11)

to secure the frame position.

2. Attach the

Front Stabilizer (has wheels) (No. 05)

to the

Front Support Tube

(No. 01)

, tighten with the pre-installed 2

Curved Washers (No.13)

and 2

Domed Nuts (No. 14)

.

3. Repeat the procedure for the

Rear Stabilizer (No. 06)

.
