Attach
the
stationary
handlebar
(39)
to
the
front
post
(22).
Secure
using
two
Allen
bolts
(23)
and
two
curved
washers
(7).
2.
Insert
the
hand
pulse
wires
(46)
through
the
hole
on
the
front
post
(22),
and
then
pull
it
out
from
the
top
of
the
front
post
(22).
Connect
computer
wire
&
hand
pulse
wire
with
computer
(38)
accordingly.
3.
Attach
the
computer
(38)
to
the
front
post
(22)
and
fasten
with
four
screws
(48).
