Device Configuration
1. To configure the device, go to Start
®
Programs Xtend Voice Logger. Click
Login
to open
the home page of Xtend Voice Logger browser interface.
2. Enter Username as "admin" and Password as "admin", click
Login
.
3. User will be prompted to configure the device, click
OK
to proceed.
4. On the
“Configure Devices”
screen, click
OK
to continue with the default configuration.
5. Live Calls screen appear and the device status LED turns green and stops blinking.
6. Status of all incoming/outgoing calls will be displayed in the Live Calls menu of browser
interface. This indicates that the Voice Logger configuration is completed and the device is
working correctly.

Important:
ISDN PRI/EPABX line is disconnected from the RJ 45 port or the ISDN PRI line/EPABX
is not working properly.
