(4) 2x3” Plastic
HARDWARE:
(3) 3.5” x 5/8” Bolts
(8) 4.5” x 5/8” Bolts
(8) 5” x 5/8” Bolts
(38) 5/8” washers
(19) 5/8” Lock Washers
(19) 5/8” Nut
REQUIRED TOOLS:
(1) 15/16” Socket or 24mm Socket
(1) 15/16” Wrench or 24mm Wrench
(1) Rubber Mallet
(1) Ladder or step stool
INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1.
Place
Lateral Base
in position where you wish to assemble rack with the 3” face down, 43”
apart, and parallel to each other. Place
Crossbeam 1
at the furthest most set of holes between
Lateral Base Tube
.
STEP 2.
Using 4.5” Bolts connect the
Crossbeam 1
to the
Lateral Base Tubes
. Finger tighten hardware.
STEP 3.
Position
Triangle Plate
along the inside and outside of the
Lateral Base Tube
in the center.
Using 5” Bolts attach
Triangle Plate
to the
Lateral Base Tube.
STEP 4.
Repeat Step 3 for the opposite side.
