No picture or sound
The power cable is not connected

Make sure that the power is “ON”.
Scanning channels failed
The antenna is not connected.
Make sure the antenna is connected
properly
The antenna is not adjusted to the
satellite.
Adjust the antenna
The local signal is weak
Install the antenna at a location
(e.g. outside the window or on the
rooftop) with better reception.
The picture is normal, but there is
no sound.
The volume level is too low. The
sound is disabled
Press the cursor right to turn up the
volume. Press MUTE to cancel mute.
Blurred and grainy picture with the
message “Signal is weak”
Weak signal
Re-orientate or re-adjust your
dish. Check the signal cable and
connectors. A signal strenght of
approx. -20dBm~-85dBm should
reach the RF input.
